CATstravaganza Entry

Oz Cat Club (Join us on Socials!) is a Charter Club of LCWW. We are excited to be hosting Australia's first ever LCWW shows at the Oz Feline Fair. Please download the information guideline before entering the CATstravaganza. Our CATstravaganza FAQ which can be found below will also help you complete your entry.

We know that you may not know which kittens or cats you would like to enter into the CATstravaganza, so at this time we are asking you to reserve a Placeholder position. A month out from the CATstravaganza we will be in touch and have you provide details of the chosen ones!!

All cats and kittens entering the CATstravaganza, whether Exhibiting or on Display, or even at a Cat Rescue stand, will need to pass a vet check before being allowed into the Event. There is no charge for this!

**Please note Exhibits will be capped at 130 cats at each CATstravaganza**

Each cat entered into the CATstravaganza will be Judged by every Judge both days. On Saturday cats will be Judged under under the All Breed Classes. On Sunday they will be Judge under the Speciality Classes. Please refer to the information guidelines for more information about the Classes.

**All CATstravaganza entries come with 2 complementary adult passes**

To exhibit at the CATstravaganza, you/your cats must be registered with a Cat Association in Australia.

So we can plan some information events at the CATstravaganza, can you please indicate what breed or breeds of cat you will likely bring to the Catstravaganza? If entering a Domestic, please let us know too. Domestics are super important at a CATstravaganza!

If you are a Breeder, you can elect to have a Breeder's Bay within the CATstravaganza? You automatically receive 4 CATstravaganza Exhibit entries with a Breeder's Bay purchase. The Breeder's Bay consists of 2 x 1.8m tables in a prime location within the CATstravaganza area. You can brand up your Display as much as you want! You may also have cats/kittens at your display that are not entered into the CATstravaganza (though we will need to know they are coming and they will need to be vetted in with your CATstravaganza exhibits).

** Each Breeder's Bay has 2 complimentary adult passes**

Note: If you elect to have a Breeders Bay, please consider how many Cats you will be Exhibiting. For example, if you are having a Breeder Bay, that gives you 4 cat Entries automatically. But if you would like to exhibit 7 cats, please add 3 entries to the Cat Show Entries Option above.

At each CATstravaganza, Steven Meserve will be available to present you (if you want) and your cats to the Public on the Catwalk. If you are a Breeder this will be a great way to get yourself and your Cattery known to the public. There is no charge to have this done. We appreciate you making time for this with Steven. If interested, we will contact you nearer to the CATstravaganza.

At all our CATstravaganza Events, we are excited to offer the Very Important Cat (VIC)/Very Important Kitten (VIK) Catwalk Event. Steven Meserve will be Judging the VIC/VIK on the Catwalk!

Please note your cat must be entered into the CATstravaganza to participate in VIC/VIK.

If you would like to have your Cattery details displayed on the Judging table (great exposure as all Judging will be filmed and made publicly available after the Event) you may want to consider becoming a CATstravaganza Ring Sponsor. We only have limited spots available and it will be on a first come first serve basis. We will prepare your banner, but you will have full control over the content. This is to ensure size requirements are met. We will assume you want to sponsor at the show you are attending!

We will be having Rosettes at our show. If you are interested in sponsoring Rosettes, we have the following packages.

Please note you do not need to have to have a Cat Entered in a Show to Sponsor Rosettes!

In the comment box below, please let us know if you have a particular cat breed you would prefer to sponsor, or maybe you would prefer to sponsor a class, such as kitten, junior or adult. You can also request to sponsor a Domestic Cat.

We will contact you within 2 weeks of receiving your Rosette Sponsorship to see what you want printed. It can be a cattery name, any cat name, business name, your name or even just a cute message....so get thinking!

You can bring your own chairs or we can supply chairs for you. Unfortunately the venue has a charge for chairs which we will need to pass onto you.

If you are interested in having us print or design & print a Banner for you, please let us know below! We will contact you within 4 weeks to start the process.

We are in the process of finalising a deal on Sturdi's for the CATstravaganza. We will be able to have different colour options, and even have a Cattery Name or Logo on the Sturdi. As more details are available, we will email you if interested. We will not charge you now for a Sturdi as pricing is still being finalised. If interested please let us know below.

A few days before the CATstravaganza, we will email the Catalogue to you. If you would like us to print the catalogue, and have it at your Event, there will be a charge. The Catalogue will be printed in black & white.

There will be NO cost to have a 1/2 page Advertisement about your Cattery in the Catalogue. You can include photos of your cats if you want. The advertisement needs to be provided in pdf format. We will need the advertisement 4 weeks prior to the CATstravaganza.

• The exhibit/exhibits I will be entering are owned or leased by me and are registered with an approved governing body
• I enter the exhibit/exhibits at my own risk
• I agree to observe and be bound by the regulations and decisions of this exhibition/show and of the Oz cat Club, a Charter Club of LCWW
• I agree my cat/cats will be vetted in by a qualified Veterinarian and their decision about whether my cat/cats can enter the Venue is final
• Kittens must have received 2 vaccinations prior to the show. A certificate to this effect must be presented at time of Vetting in.
